Pros
When your busy the job tends to fly by. They do have some decent benefits. The company has a decent parking lot to park your automobile.
Cons
Management doesn't have a clue to manage. Employees are treated like dirt only to push out that finalized product. All low ranked jobs are dead end jobs unless your family or friends of the family. Unmotivated co-workers along with unmotivated management. Management often makes senseless decisions only to contradict those decisions later. Managment will also do anything in their power to cut or screw you out of hours.
