Pros

If you're desperate for minimum wage employment, I would consider it. At least they stay busy.

Cons

High turnover. No job security; I was fired, sight unseen, by someone in the company food chain I'd never even heard of, based on anonymous tip from someone who wasn't even a paying customer. Scheduling was ridiculous (work til close Saturday, then come in work a double shift Sunday morning). Expected to routinely work over scheduled hours on busy days, then leave early when it's slow (to cut labor costs). "Encouraged" to over-report tips on slow days.

Pros

You get a paycheck, I guess.

Cons

Many low paying jobs say that as a minimum wage employee you can easily be replaced. That is true. But this company takes it to a whole new level. If you don't make enough money in tips as a server at the end of the night the manager will change it so they aren't required to pay extra. Have seen this at a few different restaurants. Same with drivers. People are routinely expected to work later than scheduled hours when busy even when prior notice was given that they could not. Management is expected to have good delivery times but also keep labor way down. There is a reason Pizza Hut stores all over are discustingly dirty. They will not allow the labor to adequately clean their stores. You were not allowed to throw away expired product. You were told to change the dates on the food so it said it wasn't expired. I saw this at all stores. At one store it was practice if there were extra cooked wings to put them back in the walk in for the next customer. If the till comes up short you were expected to replace the money or be fired. They require before hiring to take a personality type test. The test in reality works to get the best liars hired. I could go on and on. The entire company seems to just be constantly working against their employees. Watching their sales and the fact they have been closing stores up and down the East coast and elsewhere I wouldn't be surprised to see the company is struggling badly and may not be around for too long.
