      Pros

      Positive environment with lots of room to learn and grow, have been here for 4 years and don't ever plan on leaving. Company prides itself on creating a positive atmosphere where all employees are happy.

      Cons

      The negative reviews on here are from a disgruntled ex employee. Up until now there are no cons as per my experience, wherever there are areas of improvement the company grows and works on these areas

      Friendly owner, flexible management and growing small business. If you want to learn to sell it is the best place

      Cons

      There is always something between design director and owner which put people down, the owner is bubbly and can't focus on on thing. Director of design is always get the credit of all employee's work.
