      Pros

      Relationships with coworkers who are also just trying to survive.

      Cons

      Verbally abusive environment. Senior leadership is terrible and will say anything to protect themselves, when they’re typically the ones at fault. Everyone good gets fired or leaves. Worst culture I’ve ever experienced. You will be screamed at and belittled regularly. Go anywhere but here. No money is worth the environment at ADMA.

      A collaborative space where coworkers are reliable and dependable. Management is approachable and consistently open to hearing ideas or suggestions for improvement, all while helping you grow individually.

      Cons

      Non necessarily a "con" per se but be prepared to put in the work and be held accountable. Laziness or an unwillingness to learn is unacceptable here.
