      Pros

      I worked in different departments in ADNH Compass. Thanks to the Management for identifying me at the right time and offering position and motivating me to perform in achieving organizational goal.

      Cons

      Some say pressure of work is more in ADNH Compass. But I don't agree, if we take our work with passion, there is no question of stress or pressure
