      Pros

      Nice architectural practice with a good spread of sectors to work on. You’re not stuck working in the same sector unless that’s what you prefer. Room for architecture and design unlike multidisciplinary consultancies. Great benefits, 9 day working fortnight makes a difference to work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard. You may have to work your day off “flexi” but can move it. Under resourced.
