Flexible schedule, work as much or as little as you want.

Cons

Inside sales team are now selling all of the Customer appointments… This is now almost a 100% self generated role where in the beginning they distributed good appointments plus your self generated appointments.

Unlimited Commission, if you are hard working and good at sales you can make a lot of cash.

Cons

Changes is lead flow, and discount decision. Worse is that you are competing against call center and dealers, but you have the least to offer in terms of discounts.

Large company backing, decent benefits, user friendly products

Cons

Little support from management/training, lots of wasted time, lots of turnover, have to sell a ton of product to actually make any $ and only the top few % that have been around forever make it
