Pros
AE Business is made up of a group of solid individuals. There is a level of genuine humanity you will not find at most companies. The work atmosphere is laid back, however they are results driven. AEBS puts the customer's first, operates with integrity, and knows how to have fun.
Cons
Benefits packages. The benefits did improve during my tenure. In their defense benefits can be a trade off, big corporate vs. smaller company.
