You should try something different rather than being hired at AEC Digital. If someone ask me to name a worst company in world I would say it’s AEC Digital. There’s a lady who works as a lead. She is disgusting. Plays dirty politics and think she’s above all. And the people there she acts like she’s the only king and rest slaves. Have made her own rules and regulations like people are in jail. You’ll never get salary on time. They have budget issues. Everyday looking in for some or the other investors. You’ll never ever get support to work. You’ll always be criticised. You’ll be depressed always if you be at this place.

Cons

No salary on time. Budget issues. Looking for investors. Can fire you without clearing your dues. For clients they provide very bad quality, bad management, charge almost double, triple what outsourcing firm charge. Bad management. Rules like you’re in jail. No support. Not in condition to spend. Only a lady director and one bd head. They are the only person playing dirty here. They have no funds and can go bankrupt in coming future.

This review provided by our ex-employee who got terminated for non-performance and paid his/her full and final amount within a week. This person was employed with AEC Digital Solutions LLC for 3 months on full-time basis. He/she was sacked by the company due to his/her non-performance and generating zero business for the company, being a business development person. Being hired as a full-time employee, this person was not interested in doing any work and was more inclined towards gossiping and doing phone calls. Also he/she used to boast about the monetary possessions held by his/her father. Every time we would find this person bragging about how he/she can buy properties/or any things in few minutes and how weak (in terms of money) other people are.However, the company had to take this harsh step against him/her as he/she couldn't generate business for a single rupee and also his/her cheap activities were not stopping and were affecting the environment of the company. Even after all this, his/her immoral activities and false allegations towards the company are not stopping, therefore the management of the company has decided to take some serious legal actions against this person, some of which are already in process."

All the teams are good. Good People at lower level. You don't get to do anything because they have large team with no work for even half of them. If you just want to relax, you can join them.

Cons

Really bad people in the upper management. (they don't deserve those positions.) Something fishy is going on at the upper management. You will never get your salary on time no matter how much work they have. Will always send you to big MNCs to work even though won't pay you on time. No work ethics. Hire people for 1 week also just by mentioning MNCs name. Doesn't even pay your PFs on time. Always about 4-5 months late on these payments as well. I don't know where all the money goes. Current head of the company is as bad as the previous one who took all the money & left company to hang dry. Probably the current one is also planning to do so.

There are no pros in this company at all. All the pros in the other reviews are been written by them only. I would have given them 0 rating but there is not option for this.

Cons

You will never receive your salary on time. They credit half salary only and that too after so many days. Your PF will never ever be credited in your account. Be aware of their fraud. There is no work life balance in the company. No professionalism . I mailed them about 15-20 times but they never replied on them. Your FNF will not be done without legal notice, they will make you fool for 4-5 months. Another Lalla company with no vision. Don`t ignore these reviews just because of mixed reviews, I fell in that and that was my biggest mistake. Never ever join this company otherwise someday you will also be writing the same reviews as I have done.
