-Although the parent company is global, Tishman still has a small-medium size feel. -Very low micro-managing, but this may be project and director dependant. -Decent culture considering the industry, employees plan happy hours and work hours can be flexible if necessary.

Cons

-Large projects with high level of public scrutiny mean you must go the extra mile to ensure success. -Due to the larger size of the firm and the expectation of hard work, it can be difficult to be recognized for achievements.

They've got a really relaxed and uneducated staffing in Culpepper on the Databank site. The staff could care less what you do.

Cons

The same as the Pros. Company HR Dept. Is totally biased and unskilled. Blaine Murray is the most uneducated Superintendent on Earth. Joshua Gibson is the biggest liar God created.
