      Flexible, hybrid working environment. During busy days can WFH so that u can focused to complete task on time.

      Cons

      High workload with limited support from the factory. oftenly no clear boundary for each role’s scope, leads to too many responsibilities. Management from different countries oftenly not aligned, caused unclear direction and decisions. Some cases, they accepted the project more than the factory can deliver.
