Small company from a small town.
Pros
They are great at telling you what you need to improve on without actually telling you how to improve. Great for people who can "fake it 'til they make it"(AKA Lie). Cool workplace and tries to keep up with the latest trends. Some of the coworkers can be friendly. You do get paid more than minimum wage, just not quite enough for the work the dump on you.
Cons
Overworked, underpaid, demoralized, sitting for 12 hours, management can be rude and degrading. Tons of standard operating procedures that they change daily( so many that management can't keep them straight) managers constantly tell you to break "SOPs" and visibly get upset if reminded what they have on paper for you. Many people skulking about in negative moods and bring down moral including management. Small company that is consistently changing to keep up with times then firing people because they can't afford to. They tell people when they are hired there is room for advancement in the company even though it takes people to get fired for anyone to move anywhere. They only give you 30 min for lunch and there is NO place to run in that short amount of time except a gas station unless you inhale your food and drive like a maniac.
