Absolutely toxic work environment. Poor management. No real confidentiality in HR to address management problems. Seemed like hr was used to get rid of people that one person did not like. Constant lies to employees. No support. Only yes people are welcome. People are overworked and constantly put down. To receive praise is rare. No matter what you do it is never enough or correct. Lack of management involvement which shows in knowledge of processes. High turnover in employees and management. Working with below average resources due to the company financially struggling. Get used to buying your own supplies.
