The company is 100% Chinese privately owned. Working culture is completely old fashioned and against Australian values. Zero respect to people. When employees with couple years of service and decided to leave , owner will not care or recognize his/her contribution and not approve anyone to write a corporate farewell note or organize farewell drinks . Owners have the most expensive tea but there is no room temperature drinking water or ordinary coffee to employees , only 100 degrees boiling water available. Bottled water are for guests not for employees . Employees are expected to receive calls after work and during weekend for non urgent matter as long as your superior wants it . Employees will got punishment by not answering during weekend .
