Average moms and pops company with a big management problem
Pros
It's a small company, basically everyone knows each other and it's a family-owned business. The owner and his kids work at the company. The workflow is not intense. It is a very small warehouse compared to other companies in the area. The company offers bonuses and market-compatible health insurance.
Cons
I worked in the Sales Dep and I came from a different company (Government contractor). At least in that department processes are very (I mean it) outdated and employees lack on expertise / skills. Data is treated like early 2000s. Exemptions apply to those who work directly on sales (they are doing it for almost 20 years). Their offices are in a bad shape and most definitely need some touch up. It's a small company, basically everyone knows each other and it's a family-owned business. Supervisors often ignore recommendations from employees who are not part of their inner circle. Human resource management is poorly done in that dept and sadly here is no communication at all and it lacks professionalism. They gossip a lot.
