      Pros

      AER has an excellent atmosphere. The Leadership Team is very professional and has helped me from day one to understand how AER functions. I was very impressed to learn that most employees have double digit years with the company and it is easy to understand why. Management does a great job running the company and they provide an environment that allows employees to grow and develop.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but options to more health care providers would be nice. I use Kaiser and luckily I was able to jump on my wife's plan so it was an easy fix. If I didn't have that option I would probably be a little bummed

      Micromanagement at its best by the president. The majority of the staff is greatly underpaid.

      Some people are great to work with.

      Cons

      They want you to do the job of 2-3 people when they’re only paying you to do your job. People do slack here/don’t work as a team which leads to extra stress on a person to keep up. With this said they don’t really do much when you do make a complaint against another coworker. The place is poorly ventilated/air conditioned in the summer and they expect people to run up and down stairs to pull their project while sweating like no other for a bit above minimum wage.
