Pros
Fantastic place to work and even better people running AERI. The partners have created an outstanding company within the electronic component distributor space. They care deeply about the company's reputation and have obtained many different certifications that add to AERI's credibility. The environment at AERI is positive and uplifting. Owners that truly care about their employees and always have a positive word. I came here because I wanted a sales career that did not put limits on how much I can earn. AERI provides on-going sales training that really has made a difference for me. I am almost finished with my 2nd year here at AERI. I have followed their lead, participated in all the training sessions and I am now on pace for a great 2017 making more money than I ever have before.
Cons
I really can't think of any downside other than my commute is a bit long. But that is really on me so, no complaints.
