      Pros

      Flexible with vacation and time off for appointments. Multiple schedules available.

      Cons

      Not a very professional company. Does not follow its own company handbook. Company promotions are based off of who you know versus actual performance and seniority. Does not hire qualified professionals usually friends of current employees. No set pay structure. This is a contract company so they are trying to just fill seats as cheaply as possible.

      Pros

      I have worked for AERMOR for over four years. The company has grown from a handful of employees to over 100. The CEO is very professional and, unlike other contracting companies I have work, cares about the well-being of her employees. Pay and benefits are good for the company size and they improve as the company continues to grow.

      Cons

      Not a good fit for retired military personnel who cannot put their rank aside and work as a team. Being a small company sometimes puts the organization at a disadvantage when competing against the larger companies.
