Pros

None whatsoever but agree with the fact that " its a good to place to eat".

Cons

Employees taken for granted attitude of the management. Partial towards a certain set of employees. Late salaries, odd working hours. Working on weekends but the management is off on an exotic holidays and still getting whipped for no fault. False promises on careers during interviews, drawing a very beautiful picture of the company and selling it like theres no better place on earth. Management talking too much personal stuff in the open trying to gain an upper hand by figuring your weak spots. Wasting employees' money on food, actually forcing them to pay for lunches. And of course, if the lunch breaks are way too long, like a couple of hours, which the management completely favours, you still are expected to work and work for the whole day cutting down on your personal life but the management doesnt have to stay long as they have a personal life. What I find funny is that after a bad review, the management forced / paid its employees to write a good review, which means that the management is definitely trying to cover up something.

AESC Response

Dear Ex-employee ... Always a pleasure to hear from you :-) Apologize for the delayed response as the Management was busy enjoying on an Exotic Holiday. You should be glad to know that we have been growing the population of the concentration camp ever since. Now we have more captives than even and the extortion of lunch money is yielding great profits to the organization. Glad to know you enjoyed the 'free lunches' while you were here, we will send a thank you note on your behalf to our CSR team. Also we are in the process of raising capital to fund our 'Cover up' operations so soon you should expect more exorbitantly positive reviews once we have paid up our employees. Also, we miss you, its less Fun here without you. Hope you are doing good and have managed to become PRODUCTIVE on professional and Personal level. - The Hypocrite Management

Pros

Free lunches, how to sell air (HR consulting / HR advisory) to organizations who are not aware and tell them its a life saver. More free lunches.

Cons

Not a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone's very pretentious. One can sense a certain insecurity here. A jungle's culture will be better than this place. Highly authoritative and autocratic work culture. Brain washing, demoralizing and low self esteem are some of the few things one notices in everyone around. Disparity in salaries in the value chain, unjust rankings. Hiring on basis of low IQ, high emotional dependency, people who are not self aware, need a lot of sympathy. Reason why such people are hired is they are easy to control.
