Employees taken for granted attitude of the management. Partial towards a certain set of employees. Late salaries, odd working hours. Working on weekends but the management is off on an exotic holidays and still getting whipped for no fault. False promises on careers during interviews, drawing a very beautiful picture of the company and selling it like theres no better place on earth.
Management talking too much personal stuff in the open trying to gain an upper hand by figuring your weak spots. Wasting employees' money on food, actually forcing them to pay for lunches. And of course, if the lunch breaks are way too long, like a couple of hours, which the management completely favours, you still are expected to work and work for the whole day cutting down on your personal life but the management doesnt have to stay long as they have a personal life.
What I find funny is that after a bad review, the management forced / paid its employees to write a good review, which means that the management is definitely trying to cover up something.
