Pros

Really amazing culture and strong team of A players. Get exposed to household brands, training and certifications. Working at this company is a great place to learn, many staff go on to much bigger roles in bigger companies, and many have gone abroad. The projects are really cutting edge.

Cons

The company is fast moving and you're expected to keep up and perform at a high standard. If you're looking for an easy safe and structured job, this isn't it.
