Pros

Good Pay (when company was doing well) Good Schedule Flexibility Open door policy with most management

Cons

Some dishonest people in management Top Heavy - more people sitting at desks "analyzing data" instead of actually working in the field Management lost touch with reality/those actually doing the work. Medical benefits went downhill/costs increased Should have done more to bring in and maintain diverse customer base (too little, too late) HR department lacking in actual skill

Pros

Flexible work/family life schedule. Pay scale is reasonable.

Cons

Manager constantly talks negatively to other employees about other employees within the department. Uncooperative coworkers who are resistant to change and resent anyone new coming into the department.
