Everyone I encountered was smart, focused and friendly The management trusted us to solve problems however we see fit, and once we have proven ourselves would no meddle or force us into tonnes of useless meetings Remote working but with great visibility of what was going on, thanks to the framework they set-up to work within
Cons
The speed to deliver things is currently slower than I wanted, but I understand the need to get a clear understanding before execution. It isn't a place to build a social life, but that was fine for me as I love the work and the few face-to-face events they do a very high quality, creating very good working relationships.
