Pros

None. Red flags were noticed on day one. How they get away with their illegal employment practices without litigation is a mystery.

Cons

Where do I begin? Women are treated like sales bait. Only those with relationships within the industry are considered for hire. The internal conflict and lack of communication is distracting. Sales promises made to clients are not fullfilled, which causes firm and personal reputation issues within the industry. The "Family First" company motto is lip service used to attract talent, but only meant for actual family members. Don't buy into it. Nepotism is prevalent no matter what legal issues exist with said family members.
