Working for AGAIN was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Designing alongside a fantastic close-knit team, I gained invaluable knowledge about digital marketing and what it takes to create pixel-perfect, award-winning work. What sets AGAIN apart from other agencies is the laid back, casual atmosphere along with various perks, like free office snacks, free coffee, Friday lunch, amazing health benefits, happy hours, and more. No fancy suits and ties here! They really encourage you to be yourself, and that creates a fun work environment unlike any other. Oh, and there's a huge chalkboard for you to draw on (say whaaaaat?). They are also extremely understanding about personal/health issues and allow you to work from home if need be. To be honest, I wish I never left.

Work is encouraged to be fun. Growth opportunities exist for those who seek it. The benefits are better than most other jobs I've held. And there's free lunch on Fridays.
