Pros
The company genuinely cares about giving back to the community in a million different ways. A lot of diversity. Lots of opportunities to work on different projects. Been around for over 20 years so it has processes in place.
Cons
The amount of work they expect from employees is insane. They just pile it on you and say, "that's the AGB way." There isn't enough people to do the work because they don't hire enough people. There is also high turn over since people get burnt out or find better jobs with higher pay. The salary isn't that competitive at all even though they did their "research." The C suite employees are almost all related to the CEO and they are there to stay for better or worse. Some are better leaders while others are great at just delegating. As for the culture, people get away with saying so much stuff you would NEVER hear at other companies- sexist, racist, homophobic comments. C-suite employees openly flirting/sleeping with their employees. Security officers screaming/cursing at staff. The list goes on. This is the worst company I've ever worked at.
