      Jeans every day Unlimited time off 1/2 day Friday's during the summer Teleworking policy Challenging clients Great teamwork Company paid CPE classes Catered busy season meals Field Day activities that build team camaraderie

      Cons

      Better Wi-Fi connections throughout the office so that we be more mobile throughout the office. Continue to go in the direction of paperless. Need better coffee!

      I only have great things to say about this company. Sure, there have been some ups and downs along the way over the 6 years I have worked here, but with the current leadership in place, it is only up from here. Great pay, Great people, Great Life/Work Balance.

      Easy interview, good IT dept

      Conveyor belt of employees, 1st month half of my group quit, poor professionalism, no advancement opportunities (don't even want to say why...) Management and HR are clueless on how to manage ppl, they try very hard to portray themselves and their values as the exact opposite of reality, it's all very misleading. They keep pushing/re-posted HR and management linkedn/twittr babble constantly. They proudly show off a 'best place to work' award from years ago, even though HR and management hovered over our shoulders as we were filling out the "anonymous" employee opinion forms for that award...If you have long term goals and plans, think twice.
