      Pros

      Before it was bought out there was a great team that worked well together. Benefits were great as they gave you a co-pay card so your out of pocket was virtually nothing.

      Cons

      Took away all perks. Instead of helping customers we were told we had to tell them about other products they could buy to upgrade what they already had.

      Pros

      Small company, production staff are great to work with, health benefits are pretty good and there are great options for extra benefits that most companies don't have, they fully vest 401K,

      Cons

      Management prefers brown noses rather than experience for promotions. Suggestions don't really make a difference because they don't want to invest the time to make the changes. The company is having a hard time getting enough orders to cover expenses and just did a good size lay off in January 2023. Some employees make the work environment hostile.
