Pros

Seems to have good growth opportunities and career path but that’s about it.

Cons

I was practically tricked into taking this job. I took a risk and left my previous company hoping it would be the right direction, but from onboarding to starting the job, the training, and learning about the benefits later on, it has caused an incredible amount of stress. If you value benefits like health insurance PLEASE READ. The company does not offer comprehensive health insurance through a major carrier. They offer a self funded plan that many providers do not accept. This was not clearly explained when I was offered the job and the information they gave me was also incorrect. The plan is VERY expensive for a family. While the coverage sounds good on paper, it does not work well in practice, and providers are unwilling or unable to accept the insurance

Pros

Not a lot of pros to working here.

Cons

Management that tells you you're doing great one day then puts you on a performance improvement plan the next.
