      Depressing office, Partners never there, boring clients, long hours and constant micro managing, terrible benefits

      As a firm, we try to create a rewarding work environment for our staff which will allow them to grow professionally. Unfortunately, we are not able to retain employees that fail to meet minimum obligations as employees such as showing up to work. The firm provides competitive pay, pays 100% of employee’s health insurance, and contributes to employees 401k plan.

      Nice folks to work with. They move at lighting speed there. Good clients.

      Cons

      No direction. Poor communication. Hard to understand firm procedures and expectations. Can't see how to move up in my career there.
