Cons: Place seems like a "CON" overrun by "convicts", Just horrible & unprofessional. Training is a joke, and the training supervisor acts like a thug very rude & unprofessional, screaming at employees from less than a foot away, underhanded remarks from management and gaslighting by micro management, Hot headed management and HORRIBLE pay. I should have known better applying here when I went to my interview and somebody came in to ask for a letter for their parole officer. Training is 65% of NOTHING to do with customer service. AT ALL! Whole place gives off fraudulent as the company that you work for has multiple names, such as "AGR group"( day 1)", then I was told it was call "Energy Care (day 2)", then "Hawaiian Electric "( Day 3). Reaks of scammer vibes, and animosity covered up with horrible pay, which attempts to be justified by stinky tacos for lunch and mind games.

Pretty sure this whole company is a front for criminals doing criminal activity. Unproffesional, toxic, literally had to quit due to harrasment and a hostile work environment. If you want to work with/for a bunch of criminals and ex convicts, get scammed out of your comission for sales constantly, get paid minimum wage yet get drilled (literally) every day to sell and work better, this is the place for you.
