      Well respected organization. Great mission and vision. Good business structure with fairly diverse revenue streams. Beautiful buildings. Committed to resident quality of life.

      The new President & CEO is building a good culture and the org has a renewed mission, vision, and values -- plus a 5-year strategic plan. Good path planned.

      Remote work days could be more flexible. And vacation should be more generous from day 1.
