Many business with added perks (free movie tickets, hotel discounts, etc)
Cons
Hardcore, corporate company that will treat you like a number. Before I've left we've been told by one of the managers that soon lunch breaks will be a thing of the past. Everyone was expected to outstay the manager even though you'd finish your work and there wasn't much to do. No work / home balance and no HR.
