      very nice culture with very helpful people and an overall healthy atmosphere in the office

      AHT Cooling Systems is a great place to start, competitive salary, great people, not a toxic environment

      Cons

      raises are subpar, for the last 7 years it has been a 1.5% of your salary each year. So the longer you work here, the less money you make as your raises do not cover inflation. Not any room for advancement, they do not promote from within, but rather pigeon hole employees to one spot.
