      Pros

      I worked at AI Fund for 3.5 years and it was the best experience of my career. I had a great manager who genuinely cared about me and my well-being. I felt that their response in the midst of the pandemic was the best they could do. The overall team is great and welcoming and everyone encourages growth in every aspect of their life. - Excellent benefits - a great team - exceptional place to cultivate growth and learning - flexibility

      It's hard to say if there were any cons to working at this organizations, maybe one aspect is the speed in response to urgent news. Management tries their best to provide information at a timely manner, but sometimes they would lag a little behind because of how careful they try to make announcements.
