*No internal mobility (No promotion path.) *Frequent changes in the comp plan, and no one hits quota for many reasons, mainly because of poor product market fit and the fact that the product can only help realistically about 5% of the TAM. *No real inbound leads (marketing inflates numbers with low intent campaigns to show they are hitting metrics but no real intent behind 90 percent of the so-called "MQLs.") *Lack of business acumen and sense of urgency.
