      Pros

      You may appreciate this company if you have not worked for a well-led, well-run organization previously. There are people here that are grateful for their mediocre salary and have a naïve belief in the company.

      Cons

      This is a top down organization. They hired many smart people, then they hired experienced yes-men. Those with experience are given leadership roles, leading within the hierarchical structure. Instead of allowing experience and energetic talent to co-exist, descent is squelched. The smart, talented people have had to leave in order to feel fulfilled. Every talented person that has left is much happier. The company's health is also very poor.

      Pros

      Conceptually a great company with exceptional ideas and industry goals.

      Cons

      Easily the worst, most hideous management that I have seen. The company thrives on lies, manipulation, and mistrust. Ideas are singular to upper management with absolutely no middle management or staff input. The very idea of the company is to tell people, clients included, what they want to hear with little ability to achieve. Staff are promoted based on their ability to lie and deceive. Those that question decisions made or management's ability will quickly find themselves unemployed. Tactful coercion is routinely used to ensure that business maintains at all costs.

      Flexible job, some really great people that you have the pleasure of working alongside.

      Cons

      Leadership operates and makes decisions in a vacuum. Very disconnected from the clients, struggling to regain the culture and tight bond AIM was founded with.
