Pros
The leading factor in what makes people love their jobs comes under the banner of freedom. Employees cited freedom, autonomy and flexibility as key components to job satisfaction.
Cons
Employees have to deal with the different ways in which they may do the various components of the job. In a blended partnership, neither employee will have things his or her way. Compromise and learning new ways of working together is required or customers and coworkers will experience confusion and uncertainty.

Pros
Pay is competitive. Good if you negotiate to work 100% remote, from home.
Cons
Unprofessional in every sense Unethical - when owner is upset with customers she adds extra on the bill, or takes their database backing up to old version. Abusing rights as a consultant. Unorganized - no organization structure at all. Dirty- food, trash, dishes. No knowledgeable IT staff which is necessary as software consultants. Most employees are friends/family of owner.
