Not Such A Good Place To Work

Pros

None to speak of; just a depressing place where your contributions just don't matter.

Cons

Aimco continues to shed 60+ year old workers. Also has become too PC. Company has shed most of its corporate staff to protect senior management bonuses. Has become a very unhappy place to work .. full of backstabbing politics and a two-faced culture.

Worst workplace ever

Pros

There are none. The overall compensation was surprisingly reasonable.

Cons

Office politics central, all everyone does is have meetings and then more meetings about those meetings, terrible management, revolving door, poor training, extremely low-morale, poorly organized, crappy part of town, too big for its own good, managers seem to have no idea what they're doing and EXTREME micromanagement.

Disappointed

Pros

Small family owned company, has potential

Cons

Small family owned company. Poor management structure at the top. No direction. Not open to change. Poor inventory controls, constantly out of stock. Weeks to months back order on common sales sku’s. Questionable at best accounting on commissions. Can’t explain how they calculate.
