Pros

AION Partners - This is the ownership of the properties. Probably the most knowledgable group of people I have ever worked with. AION Partners has an Asset Management team like no other. With some management experience and knowledge, they could eliminate the need for the AION Management branch Well maintained properties and excellent decision making for all capital improvements (credit to AION Partners) The hard working site teams - The upper management works the site teams to death and they are top notch people. They are rarely recognized with positive feedback yet reprimanded and/or ridiculed publicly. Benefits are excellent Vacation/Sick Time (caution) - Never able to be used due to workload and fear of what you will come back to and you have to schedule vacation a month in advance. No last minute (2 week notice) beach trips for anyone! A family friend had a cancelation on a beach house for 3 days and I was denied for only giving a 3 week notice

Cons

President - Rules by fear (employees and vendors) Corporate Office - Disorganized (exception Accounting and HR) Work/Life Balance - Does not exist - Salaried Employee is synonymous with working 12-18 hour work days Turnover - At the site level - Managers worked too hard and burn out Corporate Level - normal companies have corporate employees that remain with a company for 10-30 years Scarlet Letter on my Resume - While interviewing, I had potential employers say, “I’m so sorry“ and “You lasted that long?”, when they got to AION on my resume

Pros

All federal Holidays recognized, Have your Birthday off (Paid day off)

Cons

Will tear down an employee when they voice any opposing views, No advancement potential, Management constantly regurgitates the “One Team. One Dream” Motto, but shows the exact opposite of that.
