      Good company but bad work-life balance

      Pros

      The people are great, the company has a great mission, and sometimes it is fun.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance is horrible. You are expected to be available 24/7 even during vacation.

      Pros

      Everyone @ my base was friendly (San Antonio) Good company paid health insurance plan through Blue Cross. 7 on 7 off normal schedule. If the aircraft has issues they will fix it.

      Cons

      Normal schedule is rarely normal .Will not pay for overtime for mandatory OT. Stopped paying per diem to pilots. Removed pilots structured pay increases. Be prepared to work 3 weeks straight on 12 hour shifts w/o overtime pay. Management cares little about the pilots.
