      Understaffed and Unsupportive

      Nice office location with good snacks and free parking.

      Cons

      “Agency” is severely understaffed. The team has less than 10 people, and there are dozens upon dozens of clients. This means you will have a ton of clients to manage with minimal support. There isn’t much training or support from teammates or upper management, as most of the work is outsourced. Senior management can be highly pretentious, and insensitive to employee needs.

      Our office is located in the Buckhead business district, which can present challenges to individuals who live outside of the Perimeter. At AIS Media we encourage and promote a good work/life balance so encourage applicants to limit their daily commute to about 20 minutes.
