More like a government organization If you want just to stick around and you are satisfied with the low package, then it is a good place. Lots of events and cultural programs keep you busy too

Cons

self-growth and package take a back seat things take shape slowly Too much of employees' time is demanded even during Saturdays and Sundays (as they host many cultural events and similar programs)
