Pros
Only incentives, but they do not have much clients to close the positions at proper time. Its very touch to close a single position in a month
Cons
No proper standardization. No levels for improving ourselves. (Only Jr. Recruiter and next to that Account Manager position) No proper management. No proper US holidays. Full of work pressure. They never consider employees queries. No good salary, also it is completely night shift work. No cab facility, no food facility, no benefits, nothing is provided to the employees.
