great people, office, flexibility, culture, and cross collaboration
Cons
no tranparency b/w leadership and workers - false promises, false promotions, and unclear strategy. the CEO had severe issues witholding information from her team. All things we heard only through the grapevine. the lack of trust is the #1 problem.
