Poor offboarding experience: After resigning, communication and treatment from management became noticeably cold and dismissive. Lack of transparency: Important exit processes and documentation were delayed or handled unprofessionally. No acknowledgment of contributions: Despite efforts and achievements during my time, the exit felt transactional and impersonal. Discouraging transition support: No proper knowledge transfer, unclear relieving steps, and a general lack of respect for someone choosing to grow elsewhere. HR unresponsiveness: Attempts to get clarity during the notice period were often met with delays or indifference.
