Cons
New management for the greater Al Jazeera Digital is plain awful. They are bullying employees and giving bad performance reviews when even they have never worked with you before. New management is trying to put former managers and senior staff out of the organization chart, replacing them with friends and allies. Good and competent employees are quitting as soon as they can. Most of the team will leave before the end of the year due the clueless and abusive management. I can’t recommend anybody to work for any Al Jazeera organization in US unless you are a masochist, don’t care about your career and you really need the money.
