Pros

No pros as such except work from home

Cons

1. They have very few good clients but those are not stable as well, the project might get closed in between and you will have to switch to other projects where the environment is very toxic. 2. The founder is the most toxic person and talks in the most demeaning and condescending way possible. And he is involved in most of the projects so interactions with him are frequent. If you try to justify/argue something for yourself they might even terminate you without any warning. 3. New joiners are made to write Glassdoor reviews as a part of joining which paints a misleading picture of the environment 4. The management cannot really do much since the leadership is toxic. 5. No matter how hard you work don't expect a descent raise, efforts are barely acknowledged. 6. Poor management with insufficient skills often shifting the blame to the team when things are not done rather than taking accountability of their own lack of skills of pushing team to meet unrealistic deadlines.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that every individual's experience is unique. We appreciate the opportunity to offer our perspective while remaining committed to listening, learning, and improving. We’ve been strengthening our high-performing, collaborative culture built on accountability and continuous learning. Operations and team structures have been realigned to be future-ready, with a strong focus on AI and modern development practices. Our work is with a range of stable and fast-evolving clients, so projects may shift or conclude early. In such cases, we prioritize internal mobility and match team members to new opportunities. As we take on more AI-driven and next-gen projects, we’re creating opportunities that require adaptability, continuous learning, and a growth mindset. We are a feedback-driven organization and feedback—positive or critical—is shared in a direct but professional manner. However, we understand that transparency and high standards can be perceived differently depending on the context and the individual's expectations. We do not mandate new joiners to write Glassdoor reviews. We do, however, encourage all current and past employees to share honest feedback—good, bad, or constructive—so that others can make informed decisions. Our aim is to empower engineering talent who are proactive, accountable, and collaborative to build a space where good talent feels heard, supported, and excited about what’s ahead. Thanks again for sharing your views. We are committed to learning, adapting, and growing together—as an organization.

Pros

- Salary comes on time - There are a few online/offline events now and then - Tiny bonuses like chocolates on diwali, tshirt for event - Basic equipments for work station setup - Fully remote work after COVID pandemic

Cons

- Very penny-pinching management - don't expect a top-notch treatment and work style - The management has gotten stricter over time, and employees are made to work more and till late hours - Bonus is not shared relatively - when the client shares a bonus, the employees get only a part of it even though it entirely is the employee's work benefit - Cheap work equipment is sent instead of quality, only for a few people who work for a particular client; they have given Macbooks, sometimes even renting cheap Macbooks. - Employees are kept on a leash and made to work for a certain amount of fixed hours daily -- Desktime is used to track if employees are working or not, desk time, which is buggy, sometimes does not report properly, and employees are questioned by management that they have skipped work - No proper leave policy; it's auto-approved for only 20 paid leaves per year, but management asks employees to justify their leaves. - No vacation policy - No tech stack preference for IT employees - they have to work on any project that comes in and on different tech stack projects without best practices. - Coerced and pressured labour project delivery is celebrated when employees work themselves off working nights and weekends delivering projects in a short amount of time. The management boasts about this, and all the employees only get is a thank you and are put into the next pressure cooker project. - The appraisal process is always delayed, and employees need a proper appraisal to justify their proposed salary to every single paise. Even if you get an appraisal, they put more responsibilities on you and make you work more than you did before - Company calls seem so fake, and everyone joins to show face - Employees are made to do things they do not want to do; if you're hired for PHP, you might not get php work - some people have left the company because of this. More examples of this are HRs are made to do TA's work and TA's are made to do sales work for long hours and sometimes even on weekends - Employees are fired within a short period without proper notice in case of underperformance. There is a PIP process, but I've seen few people let go without it. - Company accountants are useless and don't help employees with their taxes when they need - Company HRs are helpless and can't guarantee an employee's happiness as the management won't listen to HR - The interview process has become too stringent—many qualified people who needed jobs applied here but still haven't gotten one.

Pros

Work life balance until you have good clients Salary on time Udemy access to learn

Cons

-Managers do lot of micro management. - No backup projects for full time employees as well. If clients contract ends these people also end the contract. - if you speak for your rights they might terminate as well without having proper proof. - job security is not at all there. Only hires interns and asks you to get the project completed by them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we understand that your experience didn’t align with your expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify some important points while remaining committed to listening, learning, and improving. While we commit to provide continued opportunities to all team members, it may not be feasible to provide an environment that is constant. As per the opportunity awarded, we request team members to align to their client and peer expectations. The end goal is to fight complacency and unlock continuous growth for everyone involved. We understand that such fast paced environment and transitions can be overwhelming sometimes and hence we value transparent communication the most to make the necessary changes accordingly. We believe in accountability and structured check-ins, especially in remote settings, to ensure clarity and support. We're focused towards leading with trust, outcomes, and empathy, and we regularly seek feedback to improve how we work together. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience. It helps us reflect and continue improving.
