Diverse culture but toxic management and poor pay

A lot of different cultures in the office, fun to be around. Nice office. Some good People with strong work ethic.

Cons

Terrible management. Promote the wrong people with 0 management skills. highly toxic environment, extremely unprofessional and hypocritical. They think no one is good enough, very high expectations with no work life balance. HR and leadership will not protect you against mediocre middle management. Men are treating women poorly and company is ok with it. Lots of affairs and employees bring their personal life into the workplace. Pay is average overall if you get good commission but the base salary is awful and way below market.

Traumatizing place if you’re young, smart, and want to work and grow. Disorganized, middle management does a terrible job, top leaders do not care about anything other than themselves. Encourage inappropriate behaviors, married people can’t take their spouse to the parties. Everyday I would leave the job feeling like I needed a shower just by the way men in there speak with women around. If you want to drink, fornicate and learn nothing about the job, then this may be for you
