Pros

Nothing as such...If you think it's salary..you will soon realize that you were wrong once you join them.

Cons

Everything 1. Worst Management of people 2. Worst Treatment of employees. Boss will treat you like slave 3. Worst HR Policy (one example: If you come late than your one day salary gets deducted) 4. No Canteen. You need to sit on your desk for lunch. 5. No standing only sitting on your chair for 9 continuous hours even if you don't have anything to do. 6. Not allowed to go outside office not even downstairs during office hours 7. Everyone even the peon and admin team will start judging you from day 1 till you leave the organization 8. No job security. People here are kicked out anytime whenever the management like. 9. No business ethics they are prey who can do anything or go to any level to get a deal or to get out of a deal. 10. There is always conspiracy against you by people around you. 11. Fake awards : They pay to get the businesss awards to show off.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Regarding the concerns raised we would want to clarify that A.K believes in an open door policy and are always willing to hear out to employee’s feedback/suggestions with a further scope of improvement. A.K being a market driven and client centric company; servicing our clients on time is the key to our business and success. As far as HR policies are concerned, A.K is flexible enough to provide necessary exemptions to employees post which disciplinary actions are taken to safeguard the company’s interests. Also business awards are given based on merit and excellence by prestigious institutes which are well known in the industry.

Pros

1) Pay is good, if you know how to negotiate. 2) Good place for incompetent people to work. Excellent place to work for boot-lickers. 3) Word of advice: Don't trust anyone at the time of hiring. Keep everything in Black and White on paper.

Cons

The space provided is too small, but will try to be precise and concise. 1) Epitome of YES BOSS culture. It is like a mom-n-pop shop and not an organization. Don't get fooled by Public Ltd Company (+ Listed on BSE) status. 2) Invariably, all the employees who have spent 5 years+ here, are the JAASOOS of promoters. 3) Highly incompetent and insecured staff. Knowledge sharing is an alien concept. Hoarding of information is considered highly, here. 4) Best part is, they are happy and proud of this fact and are not willing to change et al. 5) Best place to see favoritism and nepotism. So in a nutshell, all good, performing and new people leave. Old staff is retained by paying insane salary. This staff, though frustrated at times within, but cannot leave, because most of them are relatively incompetent and nobody will pay this kind of salary outside.
