Pros
The team members and mid-managers are good, and genuinely try to create a good environment, but all that goes out the window if Prab or John get involved
Cons
CEO is same as Virginia Transformer. Look them up. Expected to work nights, weekends, holidays, doesn't matter. No balance whatsoever. Own gets mad, you get written up. No context. Beware.

The other workers are nice. We all spend time commiserating together.
Cons
The owner is Prab Jain - same as Virginia Transformer. He is a tyrant and while the president of the company wanted a modern business Prab wants to do things the way they were done 40 years ago. He expects people to be available 7 days a week for the company. After Doug Banks and then Giorgio Bruzzone left it just continued to get worse and worse. Feel bad for the ones that are still there and those who have been told lies to get them in the door.
